Important Notice

  1. The rates mentioned above are subject to change without prior notice.
  2. Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of confirmation from your side.
  3. Hotel room availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
  4. The deposit amount paid for the tour fare is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
  5. Full payment must be made before the promotion due date.
  6. Please note that high season surcharges will be advised accordingly.
  7. The itinerary may be subject to changes at the discretion of the land/ground operator.
  8. Moghul Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd and its agents reserve the right to modify the program and revise fares without prior notice in case of unforeseen circumstances.
  9. Refunds will not be provided for unused services due to unforeseen circumstances.
  10. Any unused service is non-refundable.
  11. In the event that an individual is unable to pass immigration at the International Airport, the Tour Fare will not be refundable.
  12. Moghul Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd acts solely as an agent for service providers such as Airlines, Hotels, Ferries, Coaches, and others. We shall not be held liable for any acts, omissions, defaults, or changes in regulations on the part of these service providers or the government.
  13. These packages fall under Series Group Departures, and if the group size falls below our minimum requirement of 20 pax, customers will be informed one month before departure. Customers will have the following options:
    1. Postponed traveling
    2. Full refund of the amount paid
    3. Change or postpone to another destination
    4. Travel insurance issuance will take place 14 days before departure as it is a Series Tour and upon receiving full payment.
    5. A Tour Escort from Moghul Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd will be provided for groups with more than 25 pax; otherwise, our representative guide will receive you at the country's airport.

In the event of flight cancellations or related issues preventing travel, Moghul Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd will make arrangements for new flights (the difference amount will be paid by the customers).

Deposit & Tour Payments

  1. All deposits must be fully paid upon tour confirmation.
  2. The deposit and tour payment structure is as per the schedule below.
  3. Deposit and full payment must be made as per the schedule below.
  4. Failure to make full payment within 90 days before departure may result in the forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of the booking.
  5. One-time free rollover to a new date is allowed by Moghul Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd (90 days before departure). After that, the deposit will be 100% forfeited.
  6. Changes to the date or number of pax (more than 25 pax) will incur administrative charges to cover the airline deposit.

Cancellation & Cancellation Fees

  1. Cancellation of bookings must be made in writing or via email to Moghul Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd Customer Service Department.
  2. If the cancellation is made 90 days or more before the departure date, the deposit will be refunded, minus administrative charges as per the schedule.
    1. Moghul Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd will only allow a one time free rollover to a new date be (90 days before departure)
    2. Moghul Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd allows a maximum of one (1) rollover of deposit which thereafter will be 100% forfeited
    3. Any changes on the date as example Number of pax is more than 25 Pax, Admin charges is applicable to cover the airlines deposit

Important Notes

  1. Once Return Ticket has been issued and customer request for cancellation. No refund will be entitled
  2. For Travel Fair, e.g MATTA : Full Payment is required for Air Tickets
  3. Full refunds will only be allowed in the case of Death, Hospitalization & valid Medical Reasons supported by a Medical Report from a Private/Government Hospital (Medical Report from Clinics are not acceptable).
